Acupuncture For Hayfever (Allergic Rhinitus)

Hayfever (Allergic rhinitis) affects many people usually on a seasonal basis. It can cause a wide range of symptoms commonly sneezing, itchy nose, congestion or watery nasal discharge. Other issues include eye symptoms (e.g. red eyes, itchy eyes, tearing), coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath and systemic symptoms such as tiredness, fever, a pressure sensation in the head, and itchiness.

In my experience, Acupuncture can have a significant impact on the symptoms of hayfever. Many patients have just one treatment seasonly or sometimes once every few years.

Whilst conventional treatments, usually antihistamines, often minimise symptoms, Acupuncture can do so without side effects.

I’ve successfully helped many people suffering with hayfever. If you’d like to book you can do so online here. Alternatively, you can email or contact me via my contact form here.

What People Say About Acupuncture With Jo

Today I didn’t sneeze. After weeks of hayfever, itching, sneezing and lethargy a few pins have saved the day/week/month/summer now I feel myself again. Any my sinuses now have airflow rather than a continuous drip.

Kira, Brighton

Jo cured my hayfever in one session! She’s amazing. Kind and professional in equal measure. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Nicky, Worthing
